The team at QSM Fabrication would like to share that we have officially acquired WA Bending!
Headed by the best in the business when it comes to mandrel bending and section rolling, Andrew Beek, has over 20 years of metal bending experience which will prove to be extremely beneficial in this new pursuit.
Andrew’s wealth of knowledge in these bending services will allow further value to be added to the solutions that we provide our valued clients with.
WA Bending will continue to trade as WA Bending with Andrew Beek as the main point of contact but will be operating out of the QSM premises located at 5 Tilli Place, Welshpool WA 6106.

Mandrel Bending
QSM will now be your mandrel bending specialists!
We’re able to design, machine and deliver tooling needed to produce a quality bend of any radius needed for your project. Our team have the metal bending capacity from ¼ inch up to 100NB heavy wall pipe with our two mandrel bending machines.
Bending can be completed based off of drawings, samples and templates.
- Stainless steel tube/pipe
- Aluminium tube/pipe
- Copper, brass, cro-moly and titanium
- Boiler tube, copper nickel
- Mild steel tube/pipe, SHS and flat bar

Section Rolling
Our Sahinler NC machine and Roundo R5 machines can achieve almost any profile!
With the right tooling, these machines can execute any long radius curve you may need, provided that the material allows for curving. We can section roll mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium profiles for a range of industries.
Our section rolling can include but is not limited to handrailing, flanges, gates and other complex curved shapes.
Much like mandrel bending, section rolling can be completed from drawing, samples and templates.
- Flat bar, on edge 120 x 25 or flat up to 250 x 30mm
- RHS on flat and edge, 125 x 25mm (depending on radius)
- Angle up to 100 x 100 x 6mm toe in or out
- PFC 200 x 75 toe in toe out
